BioShock takes place in 1960 in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, where Jack, sole survivor of a plane crash, discovers the entrance to the recluse underwater city of Rapture, at the end of a civil war which left most of this utopia in disrepair. Finding himself in an alien world, he has no choice but to fight for his survival against the Splicers, degenerated citizens addicted to the genetic material known as ADAM, and all the traps laid down by the city’s visionary founder, Andrew Ryan. Grey’s Anatomy: S2 E6: Into You Like A Train

A train crash brings many victims into the ER and everybody has their hands full. The entire episode felt like a brilliant Telltale game and kept me guessing who might die. There were losses, they saved lives, but the traumatic toll of this crash will leave devastating effects in its wake. This episode was written by Krista Vernoff and was broadcast on 30th October 2005.

13 Reasons Why: S1 E1: Tape 1, Side A

Hmmm… I don’t really know how to feel about this show from this first episode. It’s intriguing, but there is a lot of teenage angst that’s difficult to look past. Hit straight away with the news that Hannah Baker’s suicide, Clay (who calls their kid Clay?) gets tapes from Hannah detailing why she killed herself and takes us on the journey that is Tape 1, Side A. This episode was written by Brian Yorkey and was broadcast on 31st March 2017.
